I used to say that I would never start an alphabet catch-up blog and leave everybody in suspense for a few months in the middle of it. As you can see, I failed. Here is my attempt to catch up—just one letter at a time. It is much less daunting.
Online School. Michelle recently finished her first semester of online school. She is getting her degree through BYU-Idaho and I think she has a love hate relationship with her school. She loves that she can by-and-large choose her own schedule and work from home in her pajamas if she is inclined, but she gets pretty tired of the hours upon hours of busy work (she gets TONS of it).
She did extremely well on her first semester. She took 5 classes for 13 credits and got a 3.885 GPA, all the while being pregnant! This semester she is taking 4 classes for 11 credits and is expecting a baby during finals week! She is a champ and I am really proud of her for working so hard. As it stands, she is on track to graduate in the spring of 2013. Plan on a big party because we are going to be excited when she is done!
Ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh, I'm so proud of Michelle, too. I will happily celebrate with her. On-line is hard, really hard. That's quite an accomplishment.
ReplyDeleteAt your graduation party, I will be the one crying and holding the biggest banner, and using a blow horn when you walk across the stage. I am SOOOOO proud of you Michelle. This is no small accomplishment. Any profile pictures to post... I'd like to see how that little girl is looking these days... or atleast what her home is looking like :)
